Operation Manual of Carbon Cleaning Machine
1) Connect the gas pipe of this machine to the car engine intake manifold(Air filter or the brake vacuum valve).
2) Open the device main power switch, the power indicator shines, counter and timer indicator shine.
3) Start the car, make vehicle in idle state.
4) Press START KEY, Indicator light of air outlet will shine, the machine is air out, then proceed in carbon cleaning.
5) Counter, timer run properly, device vent air about 40 minutes, then stop outlet(Self-locking type), carbon clean over
6) Take out the gas pipe from air inlet.
Carbon Cleaning Machine Operation Matters Needing Attention
1) Connect the power line is based on ensuring power outage situation. Make sure if the power line and equipment power supply is consistent.
2) Please read and observe all warnings before start.
3) Equipment in working state, some internal components electrically charged, please do not open the equipment casing at this time to touch internal device.
4) Confirm equipment power supply closed before leaving operating posts.
Carbon Deposition Cleaning Process Matters Needing Attention
1) Machine running is just for one vehicle carbon cleaning, for more vehicles are prohibited.
Vehicles keep in idle state and people cannot push accelerator while carbon deposition clean proceeding.
2) When carbon cleaning, insert the gas pipe to air filter before device gas getting out;
When carbon cleaning over, stop gas getting out ,then take out gas pipe.
In addition, when carbon deposition removal process, please keep the vehicle in the idle state.
If vehicle flame out, stop leaving gas immediately. At this time, do not immediately start the engine, disconnect the gas pipe from vehicle,
use air spray gun to blow away residual hydrogen-oxygen gas or in situ wait for 5 minutes, restart engine, According to normal process, operate again, continue to clean carbon deposition.
3) Carbon cleaning over, after taking out gas pipe, before exhaust gas detection, make the engine in situ, open the throttle to the half position of rated speed for 30 seconds.
After the exhaust pipe of waste Air blows away thoroughly, then proceed in exhaust gas detection.
4) Carbon cleaning over, after take out device gas pipe, remember to recover the automotive air intake manifold.
